I've started a blog devoted to the contracts profession, the first couple of posts are up, and I will be linking there pretty often.

Why a separate blog?  Well, it is sponsored for one thing.  More importantly, I want this blog (sopkos) to be freeform thoughts from Karen and me, I think a lot of stuff on indemnification might be a bit, well, dull for people outside the profession.
